Wat is K5G?

2-IN-1 Dual-Color PLA: PLA K5G, een nieuwe toevoeging aan het esthetische materialenassortiment van Kexcelled. Een cyclische kleurovergang van twee kleuren wordt bereikt. Zachte kleuren voor meer gedetailleerde oppervlakken van printmodellen.

Kenmerken: Het oppervlak lijkt semi-mat, wat het laagpatroon beter verbergt dan gewoon PLA. De overganslengte verandert elke 8-10 meter, geschikt voor het printen van decoraties, kunstwerken, etc.

Minder Verstrengeling: Alle filamenten worden mechanisch opgewonden en handmatig gecontroleerd om ervoor te zorgen dat PLA-filamenten niet gemakkelijk verstrikt raken en soepel kunnen worden ingevoerd.

Printinstellingen: Printtemperatuur: 190-220°C, Bedtemperatuur: 30-60°C, Printsnelheid: 40-100 mm/s.

Breed toepasbaar: Compatibel met 99% van de FDM-printers op de markt.

Hoge consistentie: Geoptimaliseerd extrusieproces en dubbele defectdetectie zorgen voor een filamentdiameter van 1,75 mm met gecontroleerde toleranties van +/- 0,02 mm.

Vochtvrij: De filamenten zijn vacuüm verpakt en er is een droogmiddel geplaatst om ervoor te zorgen dat de verpakking in goede staat is bij het openen.

Opmerking: Droog het filament vóór gebruik voor betere printresultaten. Bewaar het filament in een droge omgeving, niet op een plaats met hoge temperatuur of vochtigheid.

Wat is PLA?

PLA (afkorting van PolyLactic Acid) is voor de meeste makers het ‘go-to’ 3D-filament. Dit is een universeel filament dat in de meeste FDM-printers kan worden gebruikt. Het is zeer stabiel en zorgt voor een soepele extrusie en uitstekende hechting, zonder problemen met stringing of kromtrekken als de optimale instellingen worden gebruikt. Het is dus gemakkelijk te gebruiken, vrijwel geurvrij en dus perfect voor beginnende 3D-printer gebruikers.

Ons gepatenteerde technologie heeft de broosheid verbeterd die soms wordt waargenomen, terwijl de sterkte behouden blijft. Het is ook ideaal voor ervaren makers en voor het maken van grote afdrukken vanwege de hoge precisie en de voordelige kosten. De nabewerking verloopt probleemloos (schuren, polijsten of verven), dus perfect voor bijzondere creaties. Om verstrengeling te voorkomen, wordt aanbevolen om het uiteinde van het filament na gebruik in de spoelgaten te steken.

Kexcelled PLA is plantaardig en gemaakt van maïszetmeel. Het is biologisch afbreekbaar, milieuvriendelijk en niet giftig.

What is K5G?

2-IN-1 Dual-Color PLA: PLA K5G, a new addition to the Kexcelled esthetic material range. A cyclic gradation of two colors is achieved. Soft colors for more detailed surfaces of print models.

Features: The surface appears semi-matte, which hides the layer pattern better than ordinary PLA. The gradient length changes every 8-10 meters, suitable for printing decorations, artworks, etc.

Less Tangle: All filaments are mechanically wound and manually inspected to ensure PLA filaments do not tangle easily and can be fed smoothly.

Print Settings: Printing temperature: 190-220°C, Bed temperature: 30-60°C, Print speed: 40-100 mm/s.

Wide Applicable: Compatible with 99% of FDM printers on the market.

High Consistency: Optimized extrusion process and double defect detection ensure a filament diameter of 1.75mm with controlled tolerances of +/- 0.02mm.

Moisture-Free: The filaments are vacuum-packed and a desiccant is placed to ensure the packaging is in good condition when opened.

Note: Dry the filament before use for better printing results. Store the filament in a dry environment, not in a place with high temperature or humidity.

What is PLA?

PLA (short for PolyLactic Acid) is the ‘go-to’ 3D filament for most makers. Kexcelled PLA is a universal filament that can be used in the majority of FDM printers. It is highly stable and provides smooth extrusion and excellent adhesion, without any issues with stringing or warping when optimal settings are used. It is thus easy to use, is near odour-free and thus perfect for beginner 3D printer users.

Our patented technology has improved the brittleness that is sometimes seen while still maintaining the strength of the filament. It is also great for experienced makers and for making large prints due to its great precision and economical cost. Post-processing is trouble-free (sanding-down, polishing or painting) so perfect for those special creations. To prevent tangling, it is recommended to insert the filament end into the spool holes after use.

Kexcelled PLA is plant-based and made from corn starch. It is biodegradable, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
