PLA High Strength (K6CFLite)

PLA CF Lite: Een verbeterde versie van PLA Carbon Fiber, een uitstekend instapmateriaal voor PLA-modificatie dat de beperkingen van zwart koolstofvezel doorbreekt en je meer mogelijkheden biedt voor je creativiteit.

Materiaal Kenmerken: Vergeleken met gewoon PLA heeft koolstofvezel filament een grotere taaiheid, hogere sterkte en stijfheid, lage krimp en hoge vloeibaarheid.

Meer Kleuropties: De kleurtechnologie voor koolstofvezel geeft het filament een unieke koolstofvezel semi-matte textuur en meer kleurmogelijkheden. Bevat ongeveer 10% koolstofvezel.

Technologie-upgrade: Het verfijnde toevoegingsproces van koolstofvezels optimaliseert problemen met drijven en klonteren van koolstofvezels. Vermindert de slijtage van de nozzle en verkleint de kans op nozzle-verstoppingen.

Printconfiguratie: Compatibel met Bambu Lab-printers en de meeste andere printers. Nozzletemperatuur: 210-230℃, bedtemperatuur: 30-60℃, printsnelheid: 40-100mm/s.

Printtip: Droog het filament voor gebruik voor betere printresultaten. Voer het filament na gebruik door het montagegat om verstrikking te voorkomen. Een slijtvaste nozzle, zoals een geharde stalen nozzle, wordt aanbevolen.

Hoge Consistentie: Geoptimaliseerd extrusieproces en dubbele defectdetectietechnologie zorgen voor een filamentdiameter van 1,75 mm met gecontroleerde toleranties van +/- 0,02 mm.

Verpakking: De filamenten zijn vacuüm verpakt en voorzien van een droogmiddel om ervoor te zorgen dat de verpakking in goede staat is bij het openen.

More Color Selection: Carbon fiber coloring technology gives the filament a unique carbon fiber semi-matte texture and more color options. Add about 10% carbon fiber

Technology upgrade: The refined addition process of carbon fibers optimizes the float and agglomeration problems of carbon fibers. Reduces wear on the nozzle and reduces the chance of nozzle clogging

Printing tip: Dry the filament before use for better printing results. Pass the filament through the mounting hole after use to avoid tangling. A wear-resistant nozzle such as a hardened steel nozzle is recommended
